DM plc has announced that they are about to create an online bingo and casino gaming service in the UK after signing an exclusive deal with PartyGaming plc. The deal will see AIM listed DM plc extend their current business activities from direct marketing, customer recruitment and database management to provide customers with online bingo and casino gaming powered by PartyGaming. This white label deal is the second that PartyGaming has signed in as many weeks, the first being the deal with CIRSA to develop online bingo and gaming in Spanish speaking countries.
PartyGaming were founded in 1997 and are regarded as the leader in the online gaming field. PartyGaming are renowned for offering business to consumer online bingo and gaming under their own brand, which includes the highly successful Party Bingo, but also provide a Business to Business service where the company provides a third party gaming service. PartyGaming are intent on expanding and developing their business to business operation and the two recent white label agreements appear to show that their plans are on track.
DM plc were founded in 2004 and are well known for providing consumer data from response orientated consumer information received from direct marketing gamecards and campaigns distributed via mail magazines, periodicals and newspapers. It is expected that DM will promote their new online bingo and gaming service by using their own marketing services.

Each agreement is tailor made to achieve the best possible exposure and revenues for the companies concerned.
